Long island is one of the 74 islands that make up the Whitsunday group of Islands. If you are flying in from Hamilton Island Airport you will need to connect with Fantasea Cruises who will be at Hamilton Island Airport on arrival. If you are arriving by train or plane from Proserpine(Whitsunday Coast or Proserpine Railway station) then you will need to catch a Whitsunday Transit Bus or Taxi and asked to be dropped off at Shute Harbour. From there you will need to check in at the Fantasea booking office for your boarding passes.
